First Consultation
Discuss your design, your model, priors on crucial parameters if you want a Bayesian analysis… We will provide a quote for the whole project based on this first consultation.
Methods validation
We can provide a careful justification for the chosen method, parameter recovery tests, prior/posterior predictive checks for complex Bayesian models, etc.
Scripts and code
A main script, plus additional scripts for auxiliary functions, Stan models… Typically, in the form of an Rstudio project or GitHub repo.
Preregistration support
Produce a precise description of the planned analyses, explain what will be done if a model doesn’t converge or the planned sample size cannot be met.
Running the analyses
Run the analyses, paying attention to the MCMC sampler diagnostics.
